We want you to love what you ordered! If something isn't quite right, we're happy to accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

• A $9.98 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of the prepaid return label we provide easy and hassle-free.

• Prefer store credit? We'll waive the $9.98 return shipping fee when you choose store credit. It's our way of saying thank you!

• Refunds are issued for the merchandise value of returned items only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

• Please allow 7–14 business days for your refund to be processed and appear in your account after we receive and inspect your return.

• All refunds are returned to the original form of payment.

Item Condition Requirements To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags still attached. We're unable to accept items that are damaged, worn, missing tags, or have been exposed to smoke, perfume, or animal hair.

Items that don't meet our return requirements will be donated to a local charity. If you'd prefer to have an ineligible item shipped back to you, just cover the return shipping cost and we'll send it your way.
